These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of ESS Mobile ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

ESS Mobile is available only to authorized employees or users approved by the Organization. You must use valid credentials.

2. Account Security

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Notify IT/HR immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activity performed under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use the App only for legitimate ESS and work-related purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the App.
• Do not upload malware or attempt unauthorized access.

4. Geolocation Features

The App may request geolocation permissions for attendance verification and security. Disabling location may limit these features.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, its content, designs, and trademarks are owned by the Organization and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Availability & Changes

The App is provided "as-is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for policy violations, security concerns, or when employment ends.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Organization is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or service interruption.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
